Effective January 1, 2026, Health Alliance ceased operating all lines of business.


What this means for you.

If you had coverage with Health Alliance, your coverage ended by December 31, 2025. If you need access to information about your prior coverage, please see the resources below.

For Members

If you have a Hally/MyChart account, log in to access your coverage details, claims and explanation of benefits. Your account will be available until December 31, 2026.

If you do not have a Hally/MyChart account, or you need assistance, please contact member services at (800) 851-3379 or email us at CustomerService@HealthAlliance.org.

If you have a complaint, or if you’re unhappy with coverage for care or a service being denied, in certain situations, you have the right to file an appeal to review the denial again. Click here to start an appeal.

Customer Service is available Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time. Voicemail is used for holidays and weekends. Customer Service is closed on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
